The Impulse IT9519 Vertical Row is pin selectorized equipment for mainly working out latissimus dorsi muscle and auxiliary working out musculus biceps brachii and deltoid muscle. The exerciser could effectively work out the muscle of back, shoulder and arm by pulling the handles at two sides after choosing appropriate weight. A unilateral movement that balances muscle exercises. Ergonomic handle in front of chest provides effective support during one-arm exercise. Adjustable chest upholstery accommodates various users.

There are 4 weight options to choose, 160/200/235/295lbs, at the same time equipped with incremental weight 5lbs of small weight adjustment.
