How to Use
- Adjust the Seat: Sit in the chair and adjust the backrest so that your knee joint aligns with the machine’s yellow pivot point.
- Set the Pads: Place the lower foam roller just behind your ankles/calves. Lower the thigh pad over the top of your thighs so it is snug and secure.
- Select Weight: Insert the selector pin into your desired weight stack level.
- Execute the Curl: Keep your back flat against the upholstery and toes pointed upward. Contract your hamstrings to pull the pad down and back toward your glutes.
- Controlled Release: Squeeze at the bottom of the movement and slowly return to the starting position with control.
