The BH Fitness L250 (part of the TR Series) is a commercial-grade dual-function machine that combines both Hip Abduction and Hip Adduction into a single footprint. It features 360-degree rotating pads that let you target your inner and outer thighs efficiently.Â
How to Use the L250
Because this machine serves two different functions, you must configure it based on whether you are working the inner or outer thighs.Â
1. For Hip Adduction (Inner Thighs):
-
- Adjust the Pads: Pull the yellow adjustment levers and rotate the thigh pads so they face inward.Â
- Positioning: Sit on the machine and select your desired weight on the stack. Place your legs outside the pads so your knees rest against them.Â
- The Motion: Using a slow, controlled motion, squeeze your legs inward toward the midline of your body. Slowly return to the starting position without letting the weight stack rest completely.Â
2. For Hip Abduction (Outer Thighs & Glutes):
-
- Adjust the Pads: Rotate the thigh pads so they face outward.
- Positioning: Sit down, select your weight, and place your legs inside the pads. Grab the front handles and lean forward slightly, keeping your chest up.Â
- The Motion: Press your legs outward to open your thighs to a comfortable, slightly uncomfortable stretch. Slowly bring your legs back inward in a controlled manner, engaging your outer glutes.Â
