Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Following are the shipment charges that customer has to pay for cancelling orders if the shipment is out for delivery:

  • Shipment charges inside UAE would be 20 AED.
  • Shipment charges outside UAE would be 70 AED.
